Who is this for

Supervision built for where you are

New & Pre-Licensed Therapists

Working toward your RP or RSW registration? You need supervision hours that are substantive, not just a signature on a form. I take your development seriously and meet you where you are in your training.

Experienced Therapists Seeking Consultation

Sometimes you just need a thinking partner. If you’re navigating a complex case, exploring a new modality, or want a trauma-informed lens on your work, consultation supervision gives you that space.

Therapists in Fertility & Perinatal Mental Health

This niche requires specialized knowledge most supervision training doesn’t touch. I bring both clinical expertise and personal lived experience with fertility treatment. I understand what your clients are carrying.

What happens in a supervision session

Each session is structured but not rigid. You can expect dedicated time for the things that actually matter in your clinical work, so you leave every session with something concrete.
  • Review of active clinical cases
  • Discussion of ethical concerns or risk-related decisions
  • Exploration of therapeutic approaches and how to apply them
  • Refinement of specific clinical skills
  • Reflection on your professional development and learning goals
  • Review of documentation and administrative requirements
  • Questions, feedback, and clarification so you leave clearer, not more confused

Modalities I supervise in

My supervision draws on the same approaches I use clinically, so we’re not speaking in abstractions. I have direct training and clinical experience in all of the following.
  • ART — Accelerated Resolution Therapy (Advanced Trained)
  • CBT — Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
  • DBT — Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
  • ACT — Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
  • MBI — Mindfulness-Based Interventions
  • SE + PVT — Somatic Experiencing & Polyvagal Theory

My supervision style

I’m not here to lecture you. I’m here to think alongside you. Each session is shaped by where you are that week.

Collaborative & Interactive

You’re not just presenting cases to me. We’re working through them together. Your reflections and perspectives shape every session.

Clear Guidance & Honest Feedback

I’ll bring structure and direct feedback, without judgment. I push where it’s useful and give you space when you need it.

Developmental Focus

Sessions balance case discussion, clinical formulation, ethical considerations, and your growth as a clinician, tailored to your stage of practice.

Autonomy With Accountability

The environment is open and transparent. I hold high standards and I hold them with support. My goal is for you to build real confidence and competence, not just log your hours.

Individual & group supervision

I’m not here to lecture you. I’m here to think alongside you. Each session is shaped by where you are that week.

Individual Supervision

Tailored to your specific caseload, your goals, and where you are in your practice. Available on a regular ongoing basis for supervision hours, or as-needed consultation for experienced therapists. Fully virtual, accessible from anywhere in Ontario.

Group Supervision

A small-group format designed for connection, peer learning, and case consultation. Group supervision creates a community of practice, especially valuable if you’re working in a solo or virtual setting and missing that collegial support. Fully virtual across Ontario.

Delia Petrescu, psychotherapist, Get Reconnected Founder

Delia Petrescu, MA, RP

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist and founder of Get Reconnected Psychotherapy Services. I specialize in reproductive trauma, fertility counseling, and perinatal mental health, and I also work as a psychometrist conducting neuropsychological assessments.

I supervise because I believe the quality of care clients receive is directly tied to how well-supported their therapists are. Good supervision is part of the system.

I bring both clinical rigor and personal lived experience with fertility treatment to this work. When your clients are navigating something heavy, you have a supervisor who understands what that weight actually feels like.
