Embrace your true self! Always be proud of where you came from and what you've overcome

Life can often feel like a rollercoaster, leaving us feeling stuck and overwhelmed.

You might be feeling like you’re just going through the motions without the joy or fulfillment you once had.

You’re not exactly distressed but you are not thriving either. You want to be more present in life, find enjoyment again and build meaningful connections.

Whether you’re feeling hopeless or vulnerable, or seeking to find a better path for yourself, I am here to listen and accompany you every step of the way.

In our sessions, we'll work together to understand the root of these feelings and develop practical ways to address them.

My Approach to Therapy

My approach is based on your unique needs and goals, but I aim to help you build resilience, manage stress and navigate life’s challenges effectively. I understand the struggles and the desire to break free from old patterns. Let me help you find ways to feel present and fulfilled.

Everyone needs a little help sometimes, so don’t be afraid to reach out. I’m here to guide you through these challenges and explore what’s holding you back. I offer 15-minute video consultations so we can get to know each other and determine how we can best work together.

Avoid comparing yourself to others. The sun and the moon are not comparable; they shine when it is their time.

In addition to my work as a therapist, I am deeply passionate about rescuing cats. In my spare time, I run a cat rescue mission dedicated to providing loving homes for abandoned and stray cats. This work brings me joy and fulfillment, as I believe that every cat deserves a chance to live a happy, healthy life.
