Sigmund Freud
Life can feel heavy sometimes, whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low self-worth, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, or the lingering effects of trauma. Maybe you’re not even sure what’s wrong exactly, just that something feels off. You’re tired of overthinking, tired of feeling like you’re “too much” or “not enough,” and you just want some peace of mind.
Sometimes, what we need most is a safe space to share without judgment, without pressure, just someone to really listen and help make sense of it all.
My Approach to Therapy
I use an eclectic and client-centered approach, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities including Attachment-Based Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and somatic practices. This allows me to tailor therapy to meet each person’s unique needs, whether you’re working through anxiety, relationship struggles, identity issues, or emotional dysregulation.
For clients who are interested, I also offer an integrative, spiritual or holistic lens, exploring themes such as self-worth, belief systems, consciousness, and inner alignment. This aspect of the work is always optional and guided by your comfort and values.
My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you can explore all parts of yourself and move toward a more empowered and authentic life, at your pace, and on your terms.
