About Sep Nikmanesh
Counsellor
You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.
Are you feeling overwhelmed by the pressures of daily life, unable to keep up with the expectations placed on you? Maybe you’re constantly battling with anxiety, feeling like no matter what you do, it’s never enough.
You may be yearning for a sense of peace, to manage your emotions with greater ease, and to create meaningful connections with those around you.
It’s normal to need help when you’re feeling stuck, and it’s okay to seek the support that can help you find your way forward.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling to manage the constant demands of life, or finding it hard to cope with feelings of anxiety, depression, or past trauma, you’re not alone.
Many of my clients come to me feeling lost, disconnected, and unsure of how to move forward. They may be grappling with relationship issues, grieving a loss, or simply trying to make sense of overwhelming emotions. It's common to feel stuck in these moments, unsure of where to turn or how to find relief. I understand how isolating and painful these experiences can be. My goal as your Counsellor is to provide a safe space where you can explore these challenges openly and begin to heal.
