About Katayon Qahir
Student Intern
Do you often feel like your emotions are all over the place? Maybe you’re bottling things up, struggling to focus, or second-guessing yourself more than you’d like.
You might notice you’re quick to react with family, at work, or with friends … but you’re not sure where it’s coming from.
When stress and emotional triggers build up, they can make you feel stuck and unsure of how to move forward.
Therapy can help. Together, we’ll look at what’s underneath these feelings and work toward finding clarity, calm, and a stronger sense of direction.
Whether you’re navigating loss, stress, identity concerns, or past trauma, we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you. Some days might feel heavy or uncertain, and that’s okay — this space is here to meet you where you are. Our work together isn’t about rushing to solutions, but about making space for what’s real, so you can begin to feel more grounded, more aware, and more connected to what matters most to you.
My Approach to Therapy
I create a warm, respectful space where your experiences and identity are seen and valued. I know that everyone’s path is different, so I adjust my approach to fit your specific needs.
I’m currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. As a student therapist, I’m offering therapy under the supervision of a Registered Psychotherapist.
