Hi, I’m Carolina.
I am passionate about helping adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, transitional crises, apathy, and interpersonal issues. I am here to provide support as we work together to address these common issues and help you lead a more fulfilling life. Whether you find it difficult to manage your emotions, including apathy, are facing a major life transition, experiencing anxiety or depression, and feeling overwhelmed, or dealing with complex interpersonal issues, we can explore solutions and strategies to help you move forward.
My goal is to support your well-being, personal growth, and help you navigate life’s challenges. My therapeutic approach is tailored to your specific needs, grounded in empathy and empowerment, and informed by well-established research.
I hold a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. My training includes evidence-based methods like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, all of which have been proven effective. I’m also well-versed in approaches like Solution-Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy, which focus on your individual experiences and our therapeutic relationship.
I offer psychotherapy in English, Russian, and Romanian, making it easier for you to get the help and support you need.
